Grass 348 Cabinet Hinge

As you can see in the pictures the hinge has broken and this model, 348, seems to be no longer available. Is there a replacement base plate that is interchangeable or a new model of hinge that will work in the place of the broken one?
The base plate ahs the following numbers on the back 596.290.92.00 and 06-02 and 2D-UT.

These hinges can be tricky to replace. The 32-344 comes to mind at once, but compare and see if you agree. You can view the rest of our cabinet hinges here.

Bob & Homeowner, I have the same issue with these hinges. What hinges did you go with for replacements & did you have to change the door at all?
