I'm looking for replacement parts for this bracket that holds the drawer slide inside the cabinet.

This looks the base for a drawer socket that plugs in to the back of the cabinet. We don't carry sockets like this. See our 32-119. If the size of the gap matches the gap on your old sockets, this could work as a replacement. However, these mount to the back of the cabinet with screws. See what you think.
