I have several hinges like this which are breaking and knee replacement. I cannot found anything quite like this online. Do they make them anymore? If not do you have suggestions?

These hinges can be really tricky to replace, since so many versions no longer exist. See our 32-344, 32-346, and 32-349. See if one of these pairs could work for you.
