Grass undermount drawer slide disconnect

I am looking for a Grass G* disconnect lever for an undermount drawer slide installed around 2007. The photo is of a left, but i am looking for the right.

Hi Ken,
The picture you sent is an older version, I am bringing in the newer style for you to replace. Sold in pairs with installation fasteners.
I will post again as soon as they are available to view and purchase.
