Grass undermount soft close drawer slides

Question

The soft-close function on my kitchen trash bin drawer has failed after 8-9 years of usage. The plastic piece that interfaces the slide to the soft-close piston is worn out and broken on both LR and RH sides. The slides work perfectly except for the soft-close function.

Some internet research tells me this is a Grass part 7523-16/582.5/533 but I am having trouble finding a source to buy this.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we don't sell the plastic piece you're looking for. The only thing we can offer is the 32-251 undermount slide set but it isn't a 1:1 match so we aren't sure it will work for you. I am very sorry that we can't offer a suitable replacement.
