Great Lakes Windows/Plygem - pivot lock shoe

Question

I need help in identifying a pivot lock shoe for a Plygem window by Great Lakes Window -  pictures enclosed.  It's approximately 2 1/8 inches high, 1 1/4 inches wide, and 5/8 inches deep.  It has a metal cam which accepts a circular pivot bar.  Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Thanks for your patience in this matter. We don't have a pivot shoe in this style as thick as 5/8". Can you confirm that dimension? Otherwise, I think it would be a match for either our 15-178 or 15-188. Look these over and let me know what you think.
