Hi there! Based on your tape measure and the style of the hole, I recommend our 82-218 mortise. I feel pretty confident this is what you want, but I think you should go over our dimensions and photos just to be sure. We also have an installation video that you my find helpful.

The 82-218 mentioned above would still be our best replacement option in this case. Though we can be positive without seeing the original lock, the 2-218 is notorious for falling inside the door since there is no faceplate to keep it in place once the screws are removed. Review the dimensions below to confirm that they match up to your door's specifications.
