Guardian Door- replacement part or handle 1975-1982

Question

Need this lock fixed on a house I am selling.  Piece in 1st picture is broken.  Tried to have a handyman repair it.  He used a platic bond glue and it's just not working right.  Any recommendations on where to find the piece that is broken or willing to buy a new handle that will work!  Need repaired ASAP! Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out! The best replacement that comes to mind is the 82-063 Surface Mount Lock Set. This is the closest match we have to your existing handle set.

Carefully look over the specifications and compare them to see if this might be a fit for the door.
