It looks like your mortise lock is missing, whcih is where you should start since the handle will not be able to lock the door with one. We can't be positive of what you need without seeing the original mortise but the door cutout and installation holes looks like it may match the 82-218. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your doors specifications. 

As for your handle set, it resembles our 82-030 with 3-15/16" installation holes. This assembly does not come with an external key lock but it is compatible with the 82-310 that is sold serprately. Review the information from our product pages and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
