The handles and mortiee are gone and need replacement.
The handle screws are 3 15/16" apart, 1 1/4"
The mortise screws are 3 3/4" apart
The mortise is 3 1/8"

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 82-030 with 3-15/16" installation hole center spacing and 82-218 mortise lock. Your dimensions are a bit off from ours but it couldn't hurt to double-check. Review the specifications and see if they match what you're searching for.

Can I get a screw to hold the 82-218 mortise in place? I dropped one.

The best match for the screw will depend on the old one. If you take it to a local hardware store, they can match it up for you.
