Guardian Glass Door Rollers
Thanks for posting. I'm afraid the only way to determine what rollers you need is to remove the old ones from the door and show us good pictures. The height and width of the roller assembly, as well as the diameter of the wheels, is also crucial to know. With rare exception, these parts vary even when you know the manufacturer, and so there's really no getting around having to do this. From there we'll do our best to ID what you need. See the videos below for further guidance.
I'm sorry to hear that. We unfortunately have no other means by which we can assist you. If you're unable to remove your rollers, then I highly recommend contacting a local professional to come out and do the project for you.
One last thing to note: Guardian is a company that only makes glass, not doors. Their glass is used by many, many different door manufacturers. The company that made your door is likely different. If you can figure out what their name is, then I may be able to narrow down the list of possibilities, but that's still a long shot. At the end of the day it's just not possible to ID these without seeing them first.
I wasn't able to look that code up in our records, unfortunately. At this stage, your only hope of finding a match for the roller is to remove it ahead of time. This is a significant investment of time and energy, which will more than likely require taking the door down twice; once to identify, and a second time to do the installation. That is also only assuming that we carry a match, which isn't necessarily a guarantee.
If that's not something you're prepared to do, I highly recommend having a local professional do it for you.
