Do you have a replacement for the guide shown in the photos? If not do you have another company I can check? I looked on your parts list but did find one that is the same. What is this part called?

The part you show here is called a top sash guide. I recommend our 18-171 which looks similar to what you have. Compare our dimensions with yours and see what you think.
