Guide at top of window pane on spring balance up/down window

I received 2 new balances however I didn't notice that the clip at top of window on one side is broken off.
Having trouble putting window back. I hope that is the problem. The one in the picture looks a little different from mine.
I have 2 new 2320 spring balances which seem to be fine
Can you tell me the number of the part I need ?

I'm not sure what part it is you're referencing, or what picture of ours it is you're looking at. Can you show me a picture of the clip in question removed from the window? Can you also provide your measurements? That will be a huge help.
