attached is pic of a black 'stop' that broke at the top of the window. I was unable to find it on your web site. Is it a necessary part? If so, do you have them?

The closest match we've been able to find is our 18-166 top sash guide. I would just double check the width of your housing; you show 1/2", but ours is 5/8" wide. Could you still get it to work?
