I believe I need the guide pins on my benchmark doors. The ones that are stationary are good, but the ones that slide on the track have no tension to stay in the track or didn't fully reach the track. I see the parts that I think I need, but how do they install on the door so that they pop into place and stay there.

The pin looks to be about 5 3/4 inches long and about 1/4 inch in diameter.

Thanks for getting back to us. We offer the Benchmark 21-042 and 21-044 guide pins depending on how yours installs but the dimensions differ slightly from yours. Look them over to see if one of these options might work for your application.
