They come fully assembled; unfortunately, the specific components really aren't meant to be replaced on their own. Sorry for any inconvenience. See our 36-048 Hinge Set. Look it over and see if this could work for you.

Not to one-up Bob here, but I think you should also look at our 36-004-10. I have a feeling this might be a closer match. Take a look and see what you think.
