Guide replacement for casement window

I need this guide and instructions on how to install it. It keeps letting the bottom corner go out and when you close it it stays out unless you have someone on the outside to push it in .I would appericate your help.

This black hinge guide is unfortunately not something that's sold separately by any manufacturer I know of. In all cases, when these break, it means you need to replace the hinge assembly in its entirety.
