Guide/pivots aluminum sash

Please help! I have a customer with older aluminum sash that most of these guides are broken and cannot open windows properly

These windows are definitely old. It looks like you might need new pressure shoes, though I'm not certain if we'll be able to supply an exact match. Consider our 37-012 and see if our dimensions match up to yours. If not, please let us know how they differ and we can try to find something better.
