I'm looking for replacement sash and exterior running guides for 11 windows. Color is white.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the spiral balance top sash guide or the external guide shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
