Guides that attach to the bottom of the casement window

The pic is the left window that is intact I need this side and the right side parts, I need the guides that attach to the bottom of the window and attach to the frame it's not the arm that pushes the window out. The width of the window is 20"

Sounds like you need a new casement window hinge. We don't have your exact style, but I believe you can use our 36-048 to replace it. You'll need to replace the top and bottom at the same time to ensure that the operation is symmetrical. Our 36-048 comes in a pair for this reason.
