Any thoughts or ideas on replacement parts for these?

Looking down into a recessed area behind the rollers swivel-arm attaching screw, there is either a "4" or a "2" imprinted on the part. that's the only identifying numbers I have found.

This looks similar to our 10-071 housing, but with one convex wheel. We will need the diameter of the wheel. From there we should be able to narrow this down.
