I believe the pivot bracket is busted, an help with the parts needed to fix it?

Looks like you need the slider for your hinge. These are unfortunately not provided separately, so if yours broke then you're going to need an all new hinge.

I suggest looking at our 36-048 to start. This may work for you if the base track is the same size at 10", and as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
