Question

This piece of the window is broken and I am looking to see where can I get a replacement or how I can possibly fix this issue. The window cannot open since the attachment in the second foto is broken which makes it heavy to pull up or down.

Hello there. What you are showing a photo of is a coil balance assembly. This helps regulate the movement of the sash. Your specific assembly comes as a whole replacement.
