H-LC30 window sash channel balance spring assembly replacement parts

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. 

In order for me to get this moving for you, can you show me a photo of the bottom fitting from a side angle as well as a clear shot of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? And can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to order?
