Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to identify the replacement balances you need using the information provided. That number can only confirm the size of the window but it does not help to identify the balance series or the weight of the sash.

To identify the correct replacements, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I am looking to see any attachments that may be on the top and bottom of the channel as well as any that could still be installed in the window. I'll also need to know the stamp from the balance. 

Once I have this information, I'll be able to determine if there are any other details we'll need to get you set up with the right replacements.
