I am looking for the spring loaded latches on the top of the window and the locking mechanism as well. What part numbers are they?

These window latches have a similar appearance to the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latch. To confirm that these are the right replacements, carefully review and compare the dimensions shown below. If they are not a match, please let me know the length, width, and height of these latches, written out.

The lock, in the center of the sash, can be replaced with either the 90-274 or 90-278 sash locks. Compare them to your lock to determine which of these is the best match.

They are each sold with a keeper.
