5 1/2" upper & lower mounting hole 2" bottom plate with 2 screws 5/8" between screws Length of arms: Top 4" Middle 10" Bottom 4" That's the best I can do

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid I still can't entirely narrow down the right replacement awning operators without seeing the link arm, particularly the hole at the end. I have listed a selection of possible replacements on this page; but seeing the link arm will be necessary to narrow things down more. If you need help removing your operator, see the video below.
