HELP! Need to identify and replace this part please

Question

I have scoured the internet looking for the name of this part and where I could buy a replacement.  Is it a sill guard, track cap?  Something else?  The label I found on the door has not helped me to identify a manufacturer either.  Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the door threshold shown in your photo. Local professionals that are familiar with the hardware used during the time that the door was installed may be able to point you in the right direction.
