Hey, Rob. I feel pretty confident that you can use our 82-315 to work on your exterior handle. This should be fully compatible with your mortise too. The only thing I'm not sure about is color option; I can't tell from the lighting in your photo whether it's bronze or dark bronze. The 82-315 is only available in bronze. Look it over and see what you think.
