Hi there!
What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. Can you show us a close-up photo of the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord? We'd also like to know the number of balances you're looking to order.

The pulley cord and clip are gone and we would need 2 of them

Unfortunately, we can't move forward without a photo of the clip. If possible, you'd have to use an undamaged version as a reference.
