I just found out, It is a Efco commercial window

We have located a few Egress options but the base is only available in 10" or 12" lengths. I'd recommend double-checking your measurement to confirm the correct size. We'll also need to know the exact width of the track to determine if you need standard or heavy-duty replacements. It would also help to see one of the original hinges fully removed from the window.
