Handle and operator arm broke off casement window. We have no record of the manufacturer of this window, only that we installed it. Without a PO, we can't go back through our vendor to get the parts. The one sticker on the window is illegible/faded.

Hello!

Start by comparing your dimensions to our 39-329 and 39-330 operators, which use the 39-232 handle, to see if this matches up to your original assembly.

Hello! We were able to replace the ROTO operator, but found at the time the black piece that part of the arm connects to was cracked. Please see attached pictures to see if we can get just the black piece.

Hi there!

I'm afraid we don't sell that black piece separately so you'll need an all new hinge. Yours is similar to our 36-048 but compare the dimensions to see what you think. Just make sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

I have the same hinges and problem with the black piece. My existing hinge arm that attachs to the bottom of the window measures 6 11/16 long instead of the 7 5/8 on the 36-048. Will this still work as a replacement?

The 36-048 may still work for you as long as the base length is 10" and you replace the top and bottom hinges simultaneously. The video below will go over the replacement steps.

Just note that drilling new holes may be necessary if the installation hole placements don't line up.
