I need help identifying this window. We thought it was a Anderson Window but Anderson says it is not.

Hello,

Unforutnately, we have no way of knowing the manufacturer of your window but we should be able to supply replacement parts for it. The operator shown in your photos resembles the Entrygard 39-031 and 39-032. The determining factor would be how the length of the shorter link arm compares to yours.

Dimensions for 39-032

If you need new hinges as well, take a look at the 36-048 set with a 10" base. Thank you!
