Hi - I've come to believe these are discontinued brackets and the alternative would require the removal of a metal bracket that is fastened to the back of the cabinet and a new/different type of bracket screwed into the back of the cabinet - the material is only 3/16" thick so a screw won't work. Isn't there a similar bracket that can snap into the metal bracket already fastened to the cabinet?
Thanks

We don't sell a match for this old bracket, unfortunately. Most drawer sockets made these days are explicitly designed to screw to the back wall of the cabinet. The style you have has fallen out of favor and isn't really used anymore.
You can still use the screw-on type, but you would have to brace it to the back wall of the cabinet with a length of wood. That would give the screw something to bite into and keep it much more stable than it would otherwise be on the thin material of the back wall.
