Hail Damage to Vinyl Glazing

I'm searching for some replacement vinyl glazing for my windows. A hail storm put holes into the vinyl glazing. I would like to order new glazing so I can repair the window.

I've added a profile picture from a piece I cut off. Looking for replacement snap in glazing after damage from a hailstorm. Window sticker says the the windows are Jen Wled-9 Summit Windows, Series 8680.
