The left hand version of your Miami brand operator is no longer available, unfortunately. We now only carry the right handed 39-054

If you can't switch your window to a right hand crank, take a look at the 39-055 operator instead. This is used on Crossly brand windows. I've never tried it myself, but if you're handy then you may be able to adapt this to work for your window.
