Hand crack marked locked on right side and unlocked on left side

A home owner from Michigan says:
Our kitchen windows that crank outward are stuck closed. Here are pictures of the crank that is supposed to open them . These windows were here when we bought the house so dont know the manufacturer. Any help would be appreciated. The crank is marked unlock on the left side of plate and unlock on right side

Thanks
Susan

Hey, Susan. This looks similar to our 38-142 bronze locking handle, but I'm not sure if the locking forks on the back end are the same as yours. Look over our photos and dimensions and let me know if you agree.
