I'm looking for these same Ualco replacement parts 39-243 and 39-243L that now appear to be discontinued, do you offer anything else possibly under another model/part number?

Unfortunately, we don't sell an alternative option for these two handles. They were a very old style that are just too different for any modern part to work as an alternative.
