Hey there,

Thanks for contacting us! I'm pretty confident we can get you set up with the replacement operator you need. Although, it is a bit difficult to make out the exact operator from the photos.

May I please see a clearer photo of the operator arm? I'll need to see a clearer photo of the shape of the arm attached to the base.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions you might have.

Thank you for your response. I have attached hopefully better pictures. It's not necessarily the arm/ handle but the cover that holds the mechanism. Has broke resulting when opening the base comes away from the window while turning.

Thank you

Ann

Hi Ann,

Thank you for your response. While I do understand that the issue with your operator is only the base, your cover is not removable. The damage to your operator is irreparable, so you're going to need to replace the entire mechanism.

The arms are relevant in identifying the replacement you need, to ensure that you are getting the right replacements you need.

Please feel free to reach out with any other questions or concerns you may have.

The base of your operator appears very similar in design to many of the operator we have but I can't make any guarantees or recommendations until I see the requested photos.

Please provide them when you are ready and we'll be happy to assist.

Have a great day!

Hi,

These photos still only show the base of the operator, they do not show the arm. The arm is the part that pushes/pulls the window sash open/close. From what I can make out, you may have the 39-089 and the 39-090 or the 39-187 and the 39-188

To determine which of these is the right replacement for your repairs, you'll need to carefully compare the dimensions. You'll also need to be sure to make notice of the differences in the shape of the arms. The 39-187 and 39-188 have more of a 'W' shape.

Dimensions for 39-089
Dimensions for 39-089

Dimensions for 39-187
Dimensions for 39-187

Please see attached photos per your request of the operator/ arm

Seems both about 5". Amy suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you

Ann

I believe your operators may be the 39-187 and its opposite version, the 39-188. Were you able to take a look at the diagrams provided?

If not, I would suggest double checking the dimensions and the design to confirm that these are what you need.
