Handle for a Legance 3, type DDSG.

I just need the inside handle shown in picture.
If you look at the picture, from screw hole to screw hole is approximately 4 inches.

The replacements we have for this handle would be part of a set. I believe we have something that will work for you but I'll need to see a photo of the other handle along with the internal mortise lock to identify the best replacement option. The mortise locks are sold separately from the set but I'll need to see it to ensure our replacement would be compatible.
