Inside Handle Missing, Outside Handle Loose

I believe replacing the internal handle will fix your problem. The internal handle is what keeps the outer handle from flopping like yours has, so once that's fixed then the outer handle will be fixed, too. 

I recommend our 40-150. I am confident this will work for your door.

That sounds great! Except I don't remember where I put the inside part of the handle. Could I purchase the entire handle? Please advise. Liz

Sure, we carry a few different sets that can work. None have the same style as your original, unfortunately, but they'll work well regardless. I recommend looking at our 40-152, which has a pull-up lever, or our 40-131, which has a turn lever like your original.
