Hello,

Your handle appears to be fine. The problem is actually that the spline that the handle attaches to has come out of the base. Once this happens, unfortunately, the entire operator would need to be replaced. We should be able to help but we would need you to gently push the window open and show us the operator arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Yes, we did receive your photos. It looks like you have either the Caraddco or Entrygard operators that we've related on this page for you to review. The determining factor would be the length of the shorter link arm compared to the images below. Take a look and see which option matches your original assembly. Keep in mind that both options are compatible with the 39-107F handle and cover kit. Thank you!

I tried to measure but it seems that it is 9+ inches I see on the long arm Entry Guard Truth and on another are 20544. Does that shed any light on it?

The long arm is generally pretty standard with these types of operators. Keep in mind that our measurement starts at the nature of the base to the end of the long arm. The determining factor would be the length of the shorter link arm, which should measure either 4-7/16" or 3-13/16".

Does Entry Guard Truth 20544 mean anything to you?

Unfortunately, we can't confirm the correct replacement based on the mold numbers on the original hardware. The dimensions of your arms would determine the correct replacement.
