Question

On a different window the piece of metal (small rod) that holds the handle to the cranking mechanism has dislodged and was lost. Is it possible to just replace the handle or the part that attaches it to the crank or does the entire mechanism need to be replaced?

I believe our 39-375 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover can work for your repairs. Although, you'll need to confirm if the cover can be removed from the base. If not, we'll need to explore other replacement options.
