Handle Replacement for sliding door

The original handle from patio sliding door was lost during the renovation, we are looking for a replacement

Thanks for posting. That mortise lock within the faceplate looks like it might be the 82-218. Please compare to confirm. If so, this mortise lock typically works with handle sets with 3-15/16" hole spacing. See the 82-020, 82-030, or 82-032. Any of these should work as substitutes.
