I believe you could be able to use the 40-150 inside handle. It has a shim which, when removed, can accept a spindle size of 5/16". Take note that the 40-150 is a lever type handle while you inside handle is a push type. You could also consider our 40-058 handle set, but you will need to adapt the keeper mounted to the jamb for the inside handle and lock.
