Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the mortise lock shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this part of your repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

The only other handle set that we carry like the 82-093 is the 82-095 dummy handles. Note that these are just the pulls without an internal latch, so they won't engage with the internal lock.
