Handle assembly for French door

Question

Good afternoon,
I'm hoping you can help. I'm not sure what the part is called but I will need to replace it. There must be a broken spring inside the assembly.
The handle sags down when the bolts are not engaged.

When it operates as it should, you turn the handle up to engage the bolts.
