Handle assembly with lock

Question

Hi - I'm looking for the replacement to this handle assembly with lock. The only information on the handle is pat.u.s.5149154. I looked at 40-152 which seems to be recommended replacement but my handle has two upper and lower screws whereas this replacement only has one on the bottom. Thanks

I do, in fact, remember your handle set. It was discontinued some time ago. Our 40-152 may i deed work, but there is a strong possibility you will need to drill new installation holes when installing it. Give it one more look and see what you think.
