Handle base replacement

Hello

Please kindly help me finding this base piece for my sliding door. Is the one markes with the tip of the screw driver. Size is length 10" distance between holes center holes 10.01 cmts or 3 15/16" distance between uppwr and lower scree holes 8" ..has to be black in color.

Hey there. If the hole spacing is 3-15/16", then a handle set like our 82-030 might work for you; but I am afraid that none of these handle sets with that hole spacing come with a separate base. I apologize for the inconvenience.
