Handle complete for Cole Sewell storm door

The handle has a brass exterior plate (6 1/2 x 1 1/2) interior handle (3 1/2 x 1) white, with a lever handle. The connecting post and screws are 1 1/2 apart. The exterior handle is a brass ball. The storm door registration number is 10079796057.

Any help you can give me on purchasing a replacement handle, would be greatly appreciated!
